RegioWikiCamp is an open conference for all RegioWiki actors throughout Europe.
RegioWikiCamp 2011 was taking place from September 2nd to 4th in Brest (France).
The RegioWikiCamp follows the idea of BarCamps - that means there will be no paid speeches and all participants are asked to contribute.
In addition to the Regiowiki Actors the camp also addresses interested experts from:
- open content projects like Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap
- open license projects like CreativeCommons and GNU Free Documentation License
- technology providers like wiki engines and extension developers
- and the fields of eGouvernment, eDemocracy, Web 2.0 and Semantic Web
